At Looklet, we are all about the image and we are now looking for a service oriented problem solver to join our Image Control & Production team. You will for sure thrive in this role if you are service oriented, like to organize work flows and enjoy using photoshop for image production.
Your main responsibilities will be timely and professional handling of our production flow and post-production requests received from our clients. This will mean working closely with both our clients as well as with our external Production Departments to ensure on point quality, client satisfaction and on-time delivery.

Your days will mostly include:
Performance follow-up focused mainly on image quality and turnaround time.
Lead internal communication on capacity, volume vs forecast follow-up and potential client implications.
Communication and coordination around product releases, e.g. sending of release notes etc.
Quality controlling production imagery
Professional and timely handling of image quality related send-in`s/complaints from our clients via our internal software
Standardize and optimize image retouch workflows
Assembling of feedback & training material to our Production Departments
Running and analyzing performance metrics
You are a positive and solution-oriented team player with an excellent eye for details. You are also self-starter, driven and very service-oriented. In your daily work you are structured, thorough and able to contribute with creative ideas.
1-3 years of work experience in Operations Management and/or client-facing project management
Experience with working non-destructively with basics in Photoshop
Great planning and problem-solving skills
Strategic and analytical skills – with a solution oriented attitude and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Great internal and external communication skills in English, both in written and oral format.
Basic user skills of Google Sheets or Excel (and/or interest to develop your skills in the area)
Reporting to: Head of Operations
Start date: As soon as possible
Extent: 100% (full time) with 6 month probation
Location: Hybrid remote with office on Södermalm, Stockholm, Sweden
